One of the worst things that can happen to a person when trying to apply for loans and mortgages is to have a low credit score.

Having a low credit score may hamper your chances of being able to get credit, in whatever possible circumstance or terms. This can cost you thousands of dollars in added interest over the life of any loan or mortgage that you have applied for.
