Parents spend years providing, protecting and caring for us as their children. We honor them by giving Mother a day in May and Father a day in June to express our appreciation for their years of effort in our behalf. IBC or the International Business Corporation is another name for an offshore company that has been formed under various laws and is supposed to be a tax free company. IBCs cannot do business in the same jurisdiction in which it was formed. There are various offshore jurisdictions, who have allowed formation of IBCs and these include Anguilla, British Virgin Islands, Bahamas, Antigua, Nevis and Gibraltar.
