This book is a perfect companion book to the Dukeminier text it is keyed to. The summaries are concise and useful and can be used both for prep before class and to refresh your memory if you’re cold called. I also found it useful for my exam prep because I didn’t have to reread every case to incorporate them into my outline in an effective manner.
