Or should I definitely be looking for legal advice? Year ago, my wife and I set up a will and trust with an attorney but now that we have children we need to change it entirely. I would ideally like to learn how to do this myself, but I am not sure whee to begin.Any advice is greatly appreciated.
Answer: you can go to the law office your had the trust done with and have it amended. I would highly discourage changing trusts/wills/etc on your own, as the wording must be exact to not create problems during probate.
